Kit contains: wood carving tools, rubber mat, carving board, sandpaper, 5 sets of ohe kapala earrings, earring hardware, and an instructional brochure.  You can also choose to receive a digital download of Nalu's workshop instructional video, this is a great option for those who have unstable wi-fi or prefer not to attend a zoom class.

(Re)establish foundations for ʻohana lāʻau lapaʻau practices with Puni Freitas Jackson, Director of Kōkua Kalihi Valleyʻs Hoʻoulu ʻĀina - Lāʻau Kū Makani. Whether we are revitalizing old practices or establishing new practices, this session can help provide the physical and spiritual tools to activate ways of healing through plants and prayer that revitalize connections between families, ancestors, ʻāina and Akua.  We welcome ʻohana with any level experience.
